2011 Gambler's Poker Run on Saturday, August 20, 2011.
Our main camp is located about 5 miles south of Markleeville, CA. On Hwy 4, at Wolf Creek Road. We start out at 7:00 am and drive to Blue Lakes Road off Hwy 88. The trail starts at Lower Blue Lake, heads south through Deer Valley and ends up at the Hermit Valley Campground on Hwy. 4. We then take Hwy. 4 east, back to our main camp, where we have a BBQ & raffle. Main camp is on the Carson River, with free dry camping, & port-a-potty's. R.V.s and tents are welcome. No hook-ups & no open flame fires. Dogs must be on a leash. Minimum 31" tire size, 33" or larger is recommended.
